As caregivers, we research, ask questions, and collect information for what “might” help. We end up with piles of books, articles, resources, websites, INFORMATION, but no solutions.
Wading through the sea of information in the age of Google is overwhelming at best. More common, it is paralyzing sorting through it all. When all you want is something that will help your loved one live a quality life. This is where I come in.
We talk. I listen. We work together to look at the situation. We look at your and your loved one’s priorities and interests. What quality of life means to you. We work through the situation and I guide you through how to apply the strategies that work. And if it doesn’t? Well then we modify and try something else. I guide you through the process to effective strategies for your individual situation. Using strengths and priorities/interests, curating the flood of information into something manageable. Then we implement and adjust and find solutions. Learn more about my process here.
